Returns and Exchanges

Boot Returns

We offer a 30 day return policy in which you can either return or exchange your items. If you purchased your boots or shoes from www.crispius.com and need to return them for a refund or excahnge, start a return (RMA) through your Crispi customer account. Once logged it go through the "My Returns" or "My Orders" section. Request your return, choose your resolution type, select the items you will be returning, and leave any additonal information in the mesage section on the Returns screen so that we can promptly take the correct action when they make it back to our warehouse. 

Once the return is created online, use the free return label that came inside your original package (Lower 48 orders only) to ship it back. Please place the label on the shipping box and not the CRISPI boot box itself!

Guest Checkout: If you checked out as a Guest and don't have an account history online, please call our Customer Service team at 844-527-4774 and we can initiate the return for you.

Note: Please try on your boots or shoes indoors and with the socks you intend to wear before going outside. Once the tags are removed and the shoes are worn outside they will not be accepted for a return for fit. Fit is generally not considered a warranty defect by CRISPI or by our dealers.
