Customer Service/Dealer Relations

We have an open position for an employee to work in our Salt Lake City office. Crispi is a fast-paced and quickly growing company. This position may give way to advancement and growth within the company.  This position will require that candidates be in direct daily contact with Crispi retail partners and customers; taking and processing their orders, providing product details, and answering customer/retailer questions.


Other duties and strengths recommended for this position include:
  • A background in the outdoors/hunting industry, to be able to relate to our customer base
  • Proficiency on computers, with efficient and accurate typing
  • A clear voice and positive phone presence, as well as the ability to multitask, problem solve, and be detail-oriented

Sales Manager

Purpose of the Role:
The Sales Manager will focus on managing relationships with key retail partners and independent sales reps. Growth in sales across multiple channels of distribution with attention to net revenue and gross sales are also critical to the success of this position.

Job Description

  • Manage independent sales reps
  • Manage and establish sales goals by channel, rep and territory
  • Foster relationships and product training with key retail partners across all territories
  • Plan seasonal business by territory and drive sales via inventory, incentives and product introductions
  • Provide clear communication with reps on accountabilities, brand and product presentations
  • Prepare and lead presentations for sales meetings, which may include travel
  • Manage and review seasonal pre-books to forecast demand by territory and account
  • Strategize with reps on ways to drive market share/seek out business development opportunities
  • Implement sales contests and drives sales goals through promotional tools and inventory fill-ins
  • Present useful product evaluations utilizing statistical analysis, buyer feedback, and market research
  • Communicate regularly with management to discuss sales forecasts and develop plans to fulfill requirements for availability of product, merchandising, and promotional needs
  • Be available and willing to travel to needed trainings and shows

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5 years+ sales management experience, preferably specialty wholesale experience (men's/women's) 
  • Experience in NetSuite, Magento, and/or EDI software is beneficial
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in an extremely fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
  • Advanced analytical skills and ability to compute and forecast inventory levels, seasonal flows and gross margin
  • Proficiency in wholesale sales and strategic business development experience
  • Strong management skills with an understanding of end-to-end wholesale process
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management or other relevant study
  • Microsoft Excel expertise
