Your CRISPI boot warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. During the 12-month period the boot may be repaired or replaced due to manufacture defect. If your CRISPI boots need repair or replacement due to defect in workmanship or materials, simply return your CRISPI boots to your local CRISPI dealer with proof of purchase within 12 months of purchase.

The CRISPI warranty does not apply to ordinary wear and tear or to damage resulting from abuse, negligence, improper repairs, inadequate fit, alterations, modifications or if your CRISPI boots are used other than in the manner intended.
CRISPI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses or damages or personal injury in connection with the use of CRISPI boots. Some states do now allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Dealers and/or consumers must call CRISPI for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION. Your returned boots must also be accompanied by the sales receipt. No returns will be accepted without the Return Authorization and receipt.
If you need to return your boots or shoes due to a defect within the first 12-month warranty period, please contact the store where you made your original purchase.

Note: Please try on your boots or shoes indoors and with the socks you intend to wear before going outside. Once the tags are removed and the shoes are worn outside they will not be accepted for a return for fit. Fit is generally not considered a warranty defect by CRISPI or by our dealers.
When returning your boots, please place any shipping labels on the shipping box and not on the boot box itself.
